Abstract

1. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 näher gekennzeichneten Art.The invention relates to a method of the type characterized in more detail in the preamble of claim 1.

Ein Verfahren dieser Art ist aus DE-PS 915 980 bekannt. Da die Keilverzinkung und Verleimung bei diesem Verfahren unmittelbar nach dem Ablängen und Sortieren (Verfahrensschritt 1.) vorgenommen wird, ist es in der Praxis wenn überhaupt, so nur mit ideal gewachsenen Stämmen funktionsfähig. Wenn jedoch, wie allgemein üblich, die Umfangsstruktur der Naturholzstämme zu unregelmäßig ist und Abweichungen von der Geradwüchsigkeit vorliegen, bereitet das Ausrichten und Halten der Naturholz-Stammabschnitte bei der Weiterverarbeitung erhebliche bzw. unüberwindbare Schwierigkeiten. Außerdem muß später das gesamte zur Herstellung der Endquerschnittsform zu entfernende Volumen der Naturholz-Stammabschnitte abgefräst werden, was ein sehr hohes Fräsvolumen mit entsprechend hohem Werkzeug- und Energieverbrauch bedingt.A method of this type is known from DE-PS 915 980. Durch die Anbringung dieser Anschlag- und Führungsfläche bzw. -flächen an den Naturholz-Stammabschnitten noch vor dem Keilverzinken ist gewährleistet, daß die Ausrichtung der Keilzinken an den Stammabschnitten jeweils in einer festen Relation zu der Ebene des Längsschnittes bzw. den Ebenen der Längsschnitte stehen. Folglich bilden die an den Stammabschnitten angebrachten Längsschnitte nach dem Verleimen Flächen, die sich über die gesamte Länge des Verleimungsproduktes erstrecken und nicht nur für die Keilverzinkung und anschließende Verleimung, sondern auch bei einer Weiterverarbeitung, z.B. der Profilierung des Endquerschnittes des Verleimungsproduktes mindestens eine Führungsfläche darstellen. Die Anbringung des bzw. der Längsschnitte vor der Profilierung der Endquerschnittsform hat den weiteren Vorteil, daß das durch die Anbringung des bzw. der Längsschnitte entfernte Volumen der Naturholz-Stammabschnitte nicht mehr bei dem Fräsvorgang zur Herstellung der Endquerschnittsform zerspant zu werden braucht.By making at least one longitudinal cut in front of the finger jointing, at least one stop and guide surface is created for further processing. Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens werden die Naturholzstämme 1 auf eine endliche, etwa gleiche Ausgangslänge 2 abgelängt (Stammabschnitt 11) und nach Durchmessergruppen sortiert, wobei der Stufensprung zwischen benachbarten Durchmessergruppen um 20 mm beträgt. Die Weiterverarbeitung der Naturholzstämme 1 erfolgt lediglich in derselben Durchmessergruppe. Hierbei wird zunächst an jedem Naturholzstamm mindestens ein ebener, außerhalb des Endprofils liegender Längsschnitt 3 parallel zu dessen Mittellängsachse 4 und in einem Abstand 5 zu dieser angebracht, der mindestens der Mittellängsachse 4 so nahekommt wie im wesentlichen eine an den Vollquerschnittsdurchmesser 6 des Zopfendes 7 gelegte Tangente. Vorzugsweise werden als Führungsflächen zwei zueinander parallele Längsschnitte 3 an diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Naturholzstammes 1 als Führungsflächen für die weitere Verarbeitung angebracht. Es können jedoch auch z.B. drei jeweils um 600 gegeneinander versetzte Längsschnitte 3 vorhanden sein. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es jedoch, vier Längsschnitte 3 (Figur 7) vorzusehen, die im Querschnitt nach Art der Seiten eines Quadrats zueinanderstehen und bereits eine beachtliche Vorzerspanung bewirken, die nachfolgende Bearbeitungsgänge entlastet.To carry out the method according to the invention, the natural wood trunks 1 are cut to a finite, approximately the same starting length 2 (trunk section 11) and sorted according to diameter groups, the increment between adjacent diameter groups being 20 mm. Sodann wird die Profilierung der Endquerschnittsform über die Gesamtlänge der miteinander verleimten Stammabschnitte vorgenommen. Konstruktionen in Blockhaus- oder Palisadenbauweise mit folgenden Verfahrensschnitten: 1. Die Naturholzstämme werden auf eine endliche, vorzugsweise gleiche Ausgangslänge abgelängt und nach Durchmessergruppen sortiert, wobei die Weiterverarbeitung jeweils lediglich in derselben Durchmessergruppe erfolgt. 2. Mehrere Stammabschnitte werden in ihren jeweiligen Stirnbereichen keilverzinkt und miteinander verleimt. 3. Sodann wird der Stammabschnitt weiterverarbeitet, insbesondere die Profilierung einer Endquerschnittsform der miteinander verleimten Stammabschnitte über die Gesamtlänge durch Fräsen vorgenommenund folgendem Kennzeichen: 4.
