Definitions
- the invention relates to a push button for push buttons according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a push button switch is known, the push button of which can be locked by means of two molded, resilient locking hooks behind the same hooks, which are oppositely directed on a mounting plate. In the locked state, the rest position of the button is defined, into which it is brought by the return spring.
- the invention has for its object to provide a push button according to the preamble of claim 1 for commercially available key switches, which makes it possible to vary the restoring force of the key switch counteracting the pressure force.
- the object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
- Advantageous further developments can be found in the subclaims.
- the construction according to the invention makes it possible, if necessary, to insert a further energy store, for example a compression spring, into the push button by loosening the locking piece, the force of which is added to that of the energy store already present in the pushbutton switch.
- the locking piece can be released and reinserted in a simple manner, for example by means of a coin, without the push button itself or even the push-button switch having to be removed.
- the top of the push button can be elegantly covered by a cover be closed, which, if it is made transparent, also gives the opportunity to insert a label or symbol.
- the invention is particularly advantageous when it comes to adapting the restoring force of push buttons to the needs of more or less severely disabled people. The need exists in particular in clinics in which the restoring forces in call and dial button arrangements are to be changed frequently over a relatively short period of time.
- the push button 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a substantially cuboid shape.
- two or three locking lugs 16 are molded onto the push button, which is expediently made of plastic.
- these locking lugs 16 snap behind the opposite locking lugs 15 on resilient locking hooks 14, which are placed upright on the mounting plate 18, in which the pushbutton switch 13 is also fastened.
- the entire arrangement is expediently covered by a cover plate 19 with a corresponding opening 20 through which the push button 1 protrudes.
- the push button 1 is open and essentially hollow on the inside, but has a round opening 24 in the upper wall 23 to which a tubular extension 21 is attached closes.
- the cylindrical locking piece 2 can be inserted from above, which can be connected to the pushbutton 1 by means of restraint.
- corresponding extensions 22 are provided on the opening 24 of the push button, which allow insertion.
- the Einrenknasen 4 can be undercut (Fig.1) to improve centering and friction.
- locking cams 5 can be attached to the circumference of the locking piece 2, which snap in when the locking piece 2 is turned in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 2) behind the resilient tabs 6 of the push button that are cut free. This reliably prevents automatic loosening.
- a segment-shaped slot 7 is provided on the top of the locking piece 2 for attaching a coin as a tool.
- the locking piece 2 is a hollow cylinder closed at the top, in which a tubular extension 8 formed on the end wall is contained.
- This approach has two functions: on the inside it receives the plunger 9 of the pushbutton switch 13, while a helical compression spring 3 can be pushed over its outer surface.
- This spring 3 which is dimensioned according to the required values, supports that of the energy accumulator 17, which is already installed in the commercially available pushbutton switch 13.
- the push button 1 On its top, the push button 1, the cover 10 is placed, which gives it an appropriate conclusion. If it is made of opaque material, it is not immediately obvious to unauthorized persons which options are inherent in the push button. If it is made of transparent molding material, a label 12 can be inserted, on the symbols or writing characters are attached.
- the push button is slightly recessed on the top, the correspondingly graduated cover 10 fits into the peripheral edge 25 so that it is flush on the outside.
- a small recess 11 is provided at one point on the upper edge of the push button 1, in which a fingernail can be attached, for example.
- FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the push button in which two additional helical compression springs are used.
- the locking lugs 36 are here, however, part of resilient locking hooks 37, which protrude at the bottom of the push button 31 in the extension of its side walls so far that they snap behind the mounting plate 38.
- the latter is provided with corresponding openings 39 for the passage of the locking hook 37.
- the molded locking hooks 14 (Fig. 1) have been omitted. Inside the push button 31 is missing the central locking piece.
- tubular projections 35 are formed on the end wall of the push button 31 symmetrically to the center with a through-bore, which serve to receive a helical compression spring 33 each.
- the bores for the springs 33 are somewhat expanded and closed by suitable locking pieces 32, which are engaged or engaged. To operate them, they are provided with a slot 34.
- the push buttons 1 and 31 can also have a round floor plan.
- the latching hooks 14 and 37 are then either arranged diagonally or, if there are more than two, distributed around the circumference according to the circumstances.
- the compression springs 3 and 33 are used in the field or as necessary and remplileyt.Beispielmik they are made available to the therapist a clinic available, they in the care of disabled people with impaired motor coordination in-use of these devices, such as Ferns computing apparatus p, control devices for Windows, shutters, etc. These handicapped people cannot operate normal operating buttons (operating force approx. 50 to 100 cN) without error, since positioning the finger on the push button is already difficult and triggering swipe contact operations. By using appropriate additional springs 3 and 33, the operating force can be increased to such an extent (up to a maximum of about 20 N) that incorrect operations can largely be ruled out.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Druckknopf für Tastschalter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a push button for push buttons according to the preamble of
From DE-AS 1 263 894 a push button switch is known, the push button of which can be locked by means of two molded, resilient locking hooks behind the same hooks, which are oppositely directed on a mounting plate. In the locked state, the rest position of the button is defined, into which it is brought by the return spring.
The invention has for its object to provide a push button according to the preamble of

- 2 shows a cross section along line II-II in Fig.1, and
- 3 shows another embodiment of the push button, in longitudinal section.
The
In diesen Durchbruch 24 bzw. At the bottom, the
In addition,
The
On its top, the
Zu ihrer Betätigung sind sie mit einem Schlitz 34 versehen.3 shows another embodiment of the push button in which two additional helical compression springs are used. In terms of its outer structure, it is similar to
Instead of the rectangular floor plan, the
The
