Claims (4)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication de plaques ou de pièces moulées résistant aux intempéries et composées de fibres lignocellulosiques, de particules de bois ou de matières premières préparées d'une autre façon, additionnées de liants, qui sont comprimées sous l'action de la chaleur, caractérisées en ce que, sur un gâteau de copeaux (9), formé de particules de bois, de fibres lignocellulosiques ou de matières premières préparées d'une autre façon, il est appliqué, avant le pressage à chaud, sur le côté supérieur et/ou sur le côte inférieur, une couche extérieure (2) en élastomère vulcanisable, tel que du caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique ou un produit analogue, le pressage à chaud se faisant en même temps que la vulcanisation des couches extérieures.
2. Plaques ou pièces moulées résistant aux intempéries et composées de fibres ligno- cellulosiqués, de particules de bois ou de matières premières préparées d'une autre façon, additionnées de liants, fabriquées suivant le procédé de la revendication 1 et comprimées sous l'action de la chaleur, caractérisées par une couche extérieure (2) d'élasticité permanente en élastomère tel que du caoutchouc naturel et/ou synthétique ou un produit analogue, appliquée avant le pressage à chaud du gâteau de copeaux sur la surface de celui-ci, et intimement unie à ce gâteau, cette couche étant vulcanisée pendant le pressage à chaud.
3. Plaques ou pièces moulées suivant la revendication 2, caractérisées en ce que la couche extérieure (2) d'élasticité permanente est colorée et/ou munie, sur sa surface extérieure, de rainures ou de nervures ou décorée d'une manière quelconque.
4. Plaques ou pièces moulées suivant la revendication 2, caractérisées en ce que dans la couche extérieure (2) d'élasticité permanente, il est inséré une armature sous forme d'un voile, d'un tissu ou d'une pièce semblable.
