Dadurch, daß bei schiefer Einstellbarkeit des Zusatzseiles die eine Seite des Zusatzseiles tiefer liegen kann als die Höhe des Tennisnetzes ist, kann über dem Tennisnetz ein unsymmetrischer Überflugbereich gebildet werden, bei welchem beispielsweise die Vor handseite teilweise durch die Zusatznetze abgedeckt ist, so daß dieser Bereich nur mit Topspin geschlagenen Bällen überflogen werden kann, während der Rückhandbereich die normale Netzhöhe hat und mit Slize geschlagenen Bällen passiert werden kann. Das Zusatzseil oder -band kann aber auch elastisch sein, um gemäß weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung einen Doppelhaken zu verwenden, der einerseits am Zusatzseil und andererseits an einer Stelle des Tennisnetzes oder des Seiles einhakbar ist, um das Zusatzseil in einer flach V-förmigen Lage zu halten. Die obere Umlenkrolle 31 ist am oberen Ende des Zusatzpfostens 25 an einem Flansch 33 gelagert. Die untere Umlenkrolle 32 ist an einem Flansch 34 gelagert, welcher an der oberen Halteschelle 24 angeordnet ist. Das Umlaufseil 30 hat an seinen Enden jeweils eine Endschlaufe 35, 36, welche beide über einen Haltestift 37 an der Führungsschelle 26 lösbar gelegt sind. Die Höhenlage der Führungsschelle 26 und damit des Zusatzseiles 8 kann damit an jedem Zusatzpfosten 25 durch entsprechende Stellung des Umlaufseiles 30 beliebig eingestellt werden. Es sind lediglich die Führungsschellen 26 und die Halteschellen 24 der Konstruktion nach den Fig. 4 und 5 angedeutet. Bei der Darstellung nach Fig. 6 sind beispielsweise vier Zusatznetze 41, 42, 43, 44 dargestellt, welche über nicht besonders bezeichnete Ringe, die aber den Ringen 12 und 13 nach Fig. 1 entsprechen, an dem Zusatzseil 8 aufgehängt sind. 1. 5. Auxiliary device of one of claims 1 to 4, distinguished in that the auxiliary nets (10, 11; 41-44) are more finely meshed and more transparent than ordinary tennis nets (1).

6. Auxiliary device of one of claims 1 to 5, distinguished in that the auxiliary rope (8) is in the form of a flat tape.

7. Auxiliary device of claim 1, distinguished in that a double hook (51) that can be hooked on the one hand to the auxiliary rope (8) and on the other to a point of the tennis net (1) or of the rope (3) is provided for the purpose of holding the auxiliary rope (8) in a flat, V-shaped position.

Auxiliary device of claim 1, distinguished in that holding clamps (24) with insertion loops (27) are fixed to the posts (2) of the tennis net (1) into which the auxiliary posts (25) may be inserted, that each auxiliary post (25) carries a guiding clamp (26) being adjustable for height and being led to the auxiliary post (25) by pulleys (28), whereby the guiding clamp (26) carries a clamping ring (29) for the auxiliary rope or auxiliary band (8) and a holding pin (37) for end loops (35, 36) of a circling rope (30) which is guided around an upper and a lower guide pulley (31, 32) parallel to the auxiliary post (25).

11. Auxiliary device of claim 10, distinguished in that the upper guide pulley (31) is attached to a flange (33) at the upper end of the auxiliary post (25) and the lower guide pulley (32) is attached to one of the holding clamps (24).

Auxiliary device of claim 10 and 11, distinguished in that in the area of the guide pulleys (31, 32) preferably of the lower pulley (32) is arranged a rope clamping device (38) by which the circling rope (30) may be set in a selected position whereby the guiding clamp (26) holding the auxiliary rope or band (8) will be adjusted at a predeterminated elevation.
