Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de indolinona sustituidos en posición 6, de la fórmula general (I)en la queR1 hasta R6 y X son como se han definido en la reivindicación 1, a sus tautómeros, enantiómeros, diastereoisómeros, a sus mezclas y sus sales, en especial a sus sales fisiológicamente tolerables, que poseen valiosas propiedades farmacológicas, en particular una acción inhibitoria sobre distintas tirosin-quinasas de receptores, así como sobre la proliferación de células endoteliales y diversas células tumorales, a los medicamentos que contienen estos compuestos, a su uso y a procedimientos para su preparación.
