Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения и обработки смеси синтез-газа для производства аммиака, в котором содержащую углеводороды и водяной пар подаваемую газовую смесь превращают с помощью кислорода в установке (49) автотермического риформинга в сырую смесь синтез-газа, которую, после последующей обработки, подают по меньшей мере на один синтез (15, 45) аммиака, причём в установку (49) автотермического риформинга подают только одну часть (48) потока подаваемой газовой смеси, вторую часть (32) потока подаваемой газовой смеси направляют в первичную установку (33) риформинга и затем во вторичную установку (20) риформинга, причем полученная в этих первичной и вторичной установках риформинга газовая смесь, при необходимости после последующей обработки, также направляется на синтез (15, 45) аммиака, при этом смесь (44) синтез-газа доводят до повышенного давления, соответствующего давлению синтеза аммиака, при этом только после повышения давления смеси синтез-газа дополнительный азот вводят по меньшей мере из одного трубопровода (14, 57) до того, как смесь синтез-газа поступит на одно- или многоступенчатый синтез аммиака. Преимущество этого способа состоит в том, что достигается существенное снижение нагрузки на все технологические узлы, расположенные между вторичной установкой риформинга и основным синтезом, включая компрессор технологического воздуха и компрессор синтез-газа. По сравнению с вариантом с наличием только одной установки автотермического риформинга при комбинации согласно изобретению с первичной установкой риформинга, наряду с прочими преимуществами, достигается, например, также преимущество, заключающееся в том, что может утилизироваться тепло в канале дымового газа первичной установки риформинга.
