Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к конструкции биспецифического антитела, содержащей первый связывающий домен, который связывается с ДПБ3 (DLL3) человека на поверхности клетки-мишени, и второй связывающий домен, который связывается с КД3 (CD3) человека на поверхности Т-клетки. Кроме того, в изобретении предложены полинуклеотид, кодирующий конструкцию антитела, вектор, содержащий указанный полинуклеотид, и клетка-хозяин, трансформированная или трансфектированная указанным полинуклеотидом или вектором. Дополнительно, в изобретении предложены способ получения конструкции антитела по изобретению, медицинское применение указанной конструкции антитела и набор, содержащий указанную конструкцию антитела.
