Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способам лечения онкологического заболевания путем введения нуждающемуся в этом субъекту ингибитора EZH2 или его фармацевтической композиции. В настоящей формуле изобретения заявляются определенные способы лечения специфических подтипов неходжкинской лимфомы, включающие введение субъекту ингибиторов EZH2. Предпочтительные ингибиторы EZH2 включают таземетостат (EPZ6438 Е7438) и другие соединения. Также определены размеры и схемы дозировок.
