Abstract
В изобретении раскрыты соединения, которые применимы в качестве активаторов GK. Были проведены исследования соединений, которые обладали способностью активировать GK и, следовательно, представлялись перспективными в качестве актвных ингредиентов фармацевтических композиций для лечения диабета, диабета 2 типа, ожирения, метаболического синдрома и заболеваний, связанных с упомянутыми выше заболеваниями, причем было подтверждено, что определенные производные бензамида обладают отличной способностью активировать GK. Производные бензамида по настоящему изобретению обладают способностью активировать GK и их можно применять в качестве профилактических и/или терапевтических средств при лечении диабета, диабета 2 типа, ожирения, метаболического синдрома и заболеваний, связанных с упомянутыми выше заболеваниями.
