Abstract

Способ изготовления плёнки или слоя наночастиц или слоя нановолокон из растворов или расплавов полимеров в электростатическом поле высокой напряжённости, при котором образующиеся наночастицы или формуемые нановолокна укладываются на подкладочный материал (3), проходящий через активную камеру (1), в которой размещён активный электрод (2). Электростатическое поле для образования, переноса и укладывания наночастиц или формования, переноса и укладывания нановолокон создаётся между активным электродом (2) и подкладочным материалом (3), на который в направлении его движения перед и/или напротив активного электрода (2) наносится электрический заряд, полярность которого противоположна полярности активного электрода (2), при этом электрический заряд, нанесённый на подкладочный материал (3), в процессе укладывания наночастиц или нановолокон на движущийся подкладочный материал (3) частично или полностью убывает. В производственной установке противоположно друг другу размещены активный электрод (2), соединённый с источником высокого напряжения, и подкладочный материал (3), соединённый со средствами для приведения его в поступательное движение. Подкладочный материал (3) находится в активной камере (1), не соприкасаясь ни с одним заряженным и/или заземлённым средством, и при этом содержит количество электрического заряда, полярность которого противоположна полярности активного электрода (2), достаточное для создания электростатического поля высокой напряжённости между активным электродом (2) и подкладочным материалом (3).
