Изобретение относится к области микробиологии, в частности к способам получения кисло-молочных продуктов и к способам коррекции микрофлоры в организме человека и животных с помощью кисло-молочных продуктов. Способ получения кисло-молочного продукта включает смешивание обезжиренного или цельного молока с яичным меланжем, стерилизацию полученной смеси, охлаждение, внесение в охлажденную смесь штамма Lactobacillus acidophilus - АГ/17-666 и выдерживание в термостате. Способ коррекции микрофлоры в организме человека и животных включает введение кисло-молочного продукта, полученного из штамма Lactobacillus acidophilus - АГ/17-666, при этом животным кисло-молочный продукт вводят из расчета на 1 кг веса или на количество голов - от 0,01 до 500,0 мл в зависимости от места введения, вида и возраста животного, а человеку - от 1,0 до 200,0 мл в зависимости от места введения и возраста. Кисло-молочный продукт вводят человеку и животным для коррекции микрофлоры: желудочно-кишечного тракта, матки и влагалища, ротовой, конъюнктивальной и носовой полостей, раневых полостей различной этиологии. Заявленные способы обеспечивают увеличение сроков хранения кисло-молочного продукта и улучшение вкусовых свойств за счет снижения кислотности среды, которая находится в пределах 70-200°Т; снижение кислотности среды также обеспечивает повышение эффективности при использовании кисло-молочного продукта для коррекции микрофлоры, т.к. создает благоприятную среду для лактобактерий.The invention relates to the field of microbiology, in particular, to methods for producing sour-milk products and to methods for correcting microflora in humans and animals by using sour-milk products. The method of correcting microflora in humans and animals includes the introduction of a sour-milk product obtained from the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus - AH / 17-666, while the sour-milk product is administered to animals at the rate of 1 kg of weight or the number of heads from 0.01 up to 500.0 ml, depending on the site of administration, the type and age of the animal, and man - from 1.0 to 200.0 ml, depending on the site of administration and age. Milk product is administered to humans and animals for the correction of microflora: the gastrointestinal tract, uterus and vagina, oral, conjunctival and nasal cavities, wound cavities of various etiologies. The claimed methods provide an increase in the shelf life of the sour-milk product and the improvement of taste properties by reducing the acidity of the medium, which is in the range of 70-200 ° T; reducing the acidity of the environment also provides increased efficiency when using sour-milk product for the correction of microflora, because creates a favorable environment for lactobacilli.
