Abstract
Описан способ получения углеводородов, включающий а) каталитический паровой риформинг смеси углеводородного сырья и водяного пара с получением подвергнутого частичному риформингу газа; b) частичное сжигание подвергнутого частичному риформингу газа с кислородсодержащим газом и доведение частично сожженного газа до равновесия над катализатором парового риформинга с получением подвергнутой риформингу газовой смеси; с) охлаждение подвергнутой риформингу газовой смеси до температуры ниже точки росы водяного пара в ней для конденсации воды и отделение сконденсированной воды с получением обезвоженного синтез-газа, d) синтез углеводородов из указанного обезвоженного синтез-газа реакцией Фишера-Тропша и е) отделение углеводородов от попутно образующейся воды, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть указанной попутно образовавшейся воды вводят в сатуратор, где она контактирует с углеводородным сырьем, чтобы обеспечить по меньшей мере часть смеси углеводородного сырья и водяного пара, подвергаемой паровому риформингу. При использовании попутно образовавшейся воды для получения водяного пара эффективность всего процесса повышается, и необходимость отделения примесей в образовавшейся совместно воде уменьшается или устраняется.
