Abstract

Изобретение относится к средствам и способам комплексной дегазации, дезинфекции, дезинсекции, дезактивации и экранирования участков и объемов, где выявлено или предполагается наличие сильнодействующих ядовитых веществ (СДЯВ), отравляющих веществ (ОВ), химического оружия (ХО), патогенных микроорганизмов (МО), токсичных продуктов (ТП) их жизнедеятельности, насекомых, включая переносчиков возбудителей заболеваний человека и животных, радиоактивных веществ (РВ), а также для тушения возгорания огнеопасных жидкостей или предотвращения возгорания разливов легковоспламеняющихся жидкостей (ЛВЖ). В составе композиций по изобретению в качестве активного вещества используется клатрат дидецилметиламмонийгалогенида с карбамидом. Использование указанного клатрата обеспечивает комплексность действия пенных композиций, а именно дегазацию, дезинфекцию, дезинсекцию, дезактивацию и экранирование, при этом КДГК является как действующим (активным) веществом с полифункциональными свойствами, так и пенообразователем. Изобретение может быть использовано для ликвидации последствий применения оружия массового поражения (ОМП), ликвидации последствий техногенных аварий и чрезвычайных ситуаций (ЧС), при тушении и предотвращении возгораний путем обработки пеной территорий, площадей или объемов, зараженных токсичными химическими, биологическими, радиоактивными веществами или в случае разливов воспламеняющихся жидкостей.The invention relates to means and methods of complex degassing, disinfection, disinsection, decontamination and shielding of sites and volumes where the presence of potent toxic substances (SDYAV), toxic substances (OM), chemical weapons (CW), pathogenic microorganisms (MO), toxic products (TP) of their vital activity, insects, including vectors of pathogens of human and animal diseases, radioactive substances (RS), and also for extinguishing a fire of flammable liquids or preventing fire Nia spills of flammable liquids (flammable liquids). The invention can be used to eliminate the consequences of the use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), to eliminate the consequences of man-made accidents and emergency situations (emergency situations), to extinguish and prevent fires by treating areas, areas or volumes contaminated with toxic chemical, biological, radioactive substances or foam spills of flammable liquids.
