Abstract

Способ повышения растворимости в воде и в водных носителях трудно растворимых в воде фармакологически активных веществ, включающий следующие операции: 1) образование комплекса фармакологически активного вещества с фармацевтически приемлемым неионным полимером, способным к образованию комплексов с указанным веществом, и выделение комплекса в твердом виде; 2) повторное растворение полученного таким образом комплекса в водной среде с помощью фармацевтически приемлемого поверхностно-активного вещества. Способ позволяет заметно повысить растворимость в воде фармакологически активного органического соединения, которое по своей природе плохо или незначительно растворимо в воде, для того, чтобы получить препараты, стабильные в водном растворе и содержащие терапевтически и коммерчески подходящие концентрации активного ингредиента.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
