Claims (15)
- ФОРМУЛА ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ1. Остекление, содержащее подложку, имеющую две главные внешние стороны, по меньшей мере одна из которых представляет собой текстурированную сторону, состоящую из диэлектрического материала, имеющего показатель преломления η1, при этом по меньшей мере один участок текстурированной поверхности подложки покрыт золь-гелевым слоем, состоящим из диэлектрического материала, имеющего показатель преломления η2, отличающееся тем, что абсолютная величина разницы в показателе преломления при 589 нм между составляющими диэлектрическими материалами подложки и зольгелевого слоя составляет менее либо равна 0,020.
- 2. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что другая главная внешняя сторона представляет собой гладкую поверхность.
- 3. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что текстурированная сторона подложки имеет параметр шероховатости Ка по меньшей мере 0,5 мкм.
- 4. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что участок текстурированной стороны подложки, содержащий золь-гелевый слой, задает прозрачный рисунок.
- 5. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что толщина зольгелевого слоя больше либо равна высоте от пика до минимума текстурированной стороны подложки.
- 6. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что текстурированная сторона подложки, покрытая золь-гелевым слоем, имеет параметр шероховатости Ка менее 0,1 мкм.
- 7. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что золь-гелевый слой содержит органическую/неорганическую гибридную матрицу на основе диоксида кремния.
- 8. Остекление по п.6, отличающееся тем, что золь-гелевый слой также содержит частицы по меньшей мере одного оксида металла или по меньшей мере одного халькогенида.- 14 027212
- 9. Остекление по п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что органическая/неорганическая гибридная матрица на основе диоксида кремния также содержит по меньшей мере один оксид металла.
- 10. Остекление по любому из пп.8 и 9, отличающееся тем, что оксид металла содержит металл, выбранный из титана, циркония, цинка, ниобия, алюминия и молибдена.
- 11. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что золь-гелевый слой содержит органическую/неорганическую гибридную матрицу из диоксида кремния и оксида циркония, в которой диспергированы частицы диоксида титана.
- 12. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что участок текстурированной стороны подложки, содержащий золь-гелевый слой, имеет мутность пропускания менее 5% и/или прозрачность более 93%.
- 13. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что участок текстурированной стороны подложки, не содержащий золь-гелевого слоя, имеет мутность более 15% и/или прозрачность менее 90%.
- 14. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что подложка представляет собой стеклянную или стеклокерамическую подложку.
- 15. Способ изготовления остекления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что предоставляют подложку, содержащую текстурированную сторону с показателем преломления пь выбирают и размещают по меньшей мере на одном участке текстурированной стороны подложки золь-гелевый слой, состоящий из диэлектрического материала, имеющего показатель преломления п2, причем абсолютная величина разницы в показателе преломления при 589 нм между составляющими диэлектрическими материалами подложки и золь-гелевого слоя составляет менее либо равна 0,020 и предпочтительно менее либо равна 0,015.- 15 027212Фиг. 4
