Claims (7)

1. Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat omfattende: en rektifikationskolonne (1) omfattende en bakkesektion eller en packed bed sektion (lb), der anvendes som en rektifikationssektion; en stripperkolonne (2) anbragt over set fra rektifikationskolonnen (1) og omfattende en bakkesektion eller en packed bed sektion (2b), der anvendes som en strippersektion; et første rør (23) der forbinder en kolonnetop (2c) af stripperkolonnen (2) med en kolonnebund (la) af rektifikationskolonnen (1); en kompressor (4) installeret i det første rør (23) og konfigureret til at komprimere damp fra kolonnetoppen (2c) af stripperkolonnen (2) og derefter føde den komprimerede damp til kolonnebunden (la) af rektifikationskolonnen (1); en væskesumpenhed (2e) anbragt ved et forudbestemt trin af stripperkolonnen (2) og konfigureret til at holde væske der er strømmet nedad; en varmeveksler (8) anbragt i væskesumpenheden (2e) af stripperkolonnen (2); et andet rør (29) der indfører damp i rektifikationskolonnen (1) til varmeveksleren (8) af stripperkolonnen (2); og et tredje rør (30) der indfører en første strøm af fluider der strømmer ud fra varmeveksleren (8) af stripperkolonnen (2) til rektifikationskolonnen (1), kendetegnet ved at den yderligere omfatter et overvågningsorgan (46) der overvåger hvorvidt et indre af en endedel (30a) af det tredje rør (30) indsat i rektifikationskolonnen (1) er lukket med væske, hvor overvågningsorganet (46) detekterer at det indre af endedelen ikke er lukket med væsken, idet den første strøm er skiftet til en anden strøm forbundet til en nedstrøms side af det tredje rør (30) og har mindre tryk end trykket i rektifikationskolonnen (1).
2. Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en ventilmekanisme (42, 45) der skifter den første strøm til den anden strøm i overensstemmelse med en tilstand af væsken overvåget af overvågningsorganet (46).
3. Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende et råmaterialetilførselsrør der tilfører råmateriale til mindst en af kolonnetoppen (2c) af stripperkolonnen (2) og et forudbestemt trin af en af bakkesektionen og packed bed sektionen (2b).
4. Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat ifølge krav 3, yderligere omfattende en pumpe (6) og et rør der under tryk tilfører væske lagret i kolonnebunden (la) af rektifikationskolonnen (1) til råmaterialetilførselsrøret.
5. Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor en kolonnebund (2a) af stripperkolonnen (2) omfatter en fordamper (3) der opvarmer væske i kolonnebunden.
6.
Varmeintegreret destillationsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor en kolonnetop (lc) af rektifikationskolonnen (1) omfatter en kondensator (7) der afkøler damp i kolonnetoppen.
