Claims (11)
- DK/EP 1 951 450 Tagpap Recycling ApS Fremgangsmåde og apparat til genanvendelse af bitumenholdige produkter1. Apparat til genanvendelse af bitumenholdige materialer, hvori apparatet omfatter: - et første magasin (5) med indløbs- og udløbsmidler (6), - et andet magasin (9) med indløbs- og udløbsmidler, - et blandekammer (8), - et første transportørorgan (7) med en første ende arrangeret tilstødende det første magasins (5) udløb og en anden ende tilstødende og i forbindelse med blandekammeret (8), - et andet transportørorgan (10) arrangeret langs bunden af det andet magasin (9) og i forbindelse med blandekammeret (8), - en formalings- og/eller knusecylinder (14) arrangeret inde i blandekammeret (8), - et siorgan (15), som er del af det nedre vægparti i blandekammeret (8), - materialeoptagelsesorganer (16) arrangeret udenfor blandekammeret og tilstødende siorganet (15), kendetegnet ved, at et fødehjul (12) er arrangeret over det andet transportørorgan (10), hvor hjulet (12) er arrangeret til rotation om en akse vinkelret på det andet transportørorgans (10) transportretning, og at hjulets (12) udstrækning vinkelret på det andet transportørorgan (10) i det væsentlige svarer til bredden af det andet transportørorgan (10), hvori den lodrette afstand mellem fødehjulet (12) og det andet transportørorgan (10) kan justeres, og hvor midlet til at justere afstanden kan omfatte hydraulisk eller elektrisk teleskopiske midler eller en svingarm med drivorganer, hvor armen er arrangeret mellem en ikke-bevægelig ramme af det andet transportørorgan (10) og fødehjulet (12).
- 2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvori formalings- og/eller knusecylinderen (14) er arrangeret til rotation om en akse vinkelret på det andet transportørorgans (10) transportretning, og hvor der er arrangeret tænder (21) udragende fra formalings-og/eller knusecylinderens (14) cylindriske overflade.
- 3. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvori det første magasins (5) udløbsmiddel (6) omfatter en tilførselsenhed til dosering af materialet fra magasinet på det første transportørorgan (7), og hvor tilførselsenheden kan omfatter vibreringsorganer.
- 4. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvori fødehjulet (12) omfatter midler til at rotere hjulet i begge retninger.
- 5. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvori der tilstødende siorganerne (15) er arrangeret en magnetisk indretning (17), sådan at magnetiske genstande opsamles fra det færdige produkt.
- 6. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori det første magasin (5), det andet magasin (9), blandekammeret (8), det første transportørorgan (7), det andet transportørorgan (10), formalings- og/eller knusecylinderen (14), siorganet som en del af blandekammerets (8) nedre vægparti, og materialeoptagelsesorganerne (16) arrangeret udenfor blandekammeret (8) tilstødende siorganet (15) alle er arrangeret på en trailer, så de derved udgør en mobil enhed til vejtransport.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde til genanvendelse af bituminøse produkter, især bitumenhol-dige tagmaterialer og tagpap, hvori de bitumenholdige produkter indføres i et apparat ifølge ethvert af krav 1-6, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter det at de bitumenholdige produkter placeres i et andet magasin (9), at et kornformet materiale med en kornstørrelse mellem 5 mm og 35 mm placeres i et første magasin (5), og at et transportørorgan (10) i bunden af det andet magasin (9) tvinger det bitumenholdige materiale (11) ind i et blandekammer (8), og at der inde i blandekammeret (8) er arrangeret et formalings- og/eller knusehjul (20), hvilket hjul (14) griber ind i og knuser/formaler materialet (11), som er transporteret fra det andet magasin (9) i en indgrebszone (13), og at det kornformede materiale i samme position som hjulet (14) griber det bitumenholdige materiale (11) føres ind i indgrebszonen (13) af en første transportør (7), og at hjulets påvirkning vil fragmentere materialerne (11) og samtidig blande de fragmenterede, bitumenholdige materialer og de kornformede materialer og føre materialet forbi en si (15) , hvor materiale med en partikelstørrelse mindre end siens vil forlade blandekammeret (8) og opsamles og lagres i egnede lagermidler.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori et fødehjul (12) er arrangeret over den anden transportør (2), og hvor fødehjulet (12) kan bringes til at rotere, sådan at det enten tvinger materialet (11) i det andet magasin (9) mod blandekammeret (8) eller væk fra blandekammeret (8) og på denne måde regulerer indføringen af materiale og/eller mængden af materiale fra det andet magasin (9) i forhold til mængden af materiale fra det første magasin (5).
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori det kornformede materiale er knust asfalt, især tidligere vejbelægning, hvor materialet har en kornstørrelse mellem 5 mm og 35 mm, mere foretrukket mellem 8 mm og 20 mm.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori materiale, der er opsamlet efter passage af sien (15), udsættes for en magnet (17), hvor magnetiske partikler opsamles, og at resten af materialerne lagres i containere, storsække eller lignende.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori formalings- og/eller knusehjulet (14) roterer sådan, at hjulets bevægelse i indgrebszonen (13) vil være nedad, og at indgrebszonen (13) er arrangeret under formalings- og/eller knusehjulets (14) ækvator.
