Abstract
The invention relates to novel modified neomycin phosphotransferase genes and the use thereof in a selection method for high-producing recombinant cells. The invention also relates to expression vectors containing a modified neomycin phosphotransferase gene and a gene of interest in a functional bond with a heterologous promoter, and a method for producing heterologous gene products by using said expression vectors.
