Abstract

Surface treatment of cement-based building products that have been pressed and stacked prior to shipment comprises removing the products from the stack, coating them with a radiation-curable water- and solvent-free lacquer comprising 20-95 parts by weight (pbw) oligomer, 0-70 pbw monomer, 0.5-10 pbw photoinitiator and 0.2-5 pbw additives, and irradiating the coating.
