Abstract

Process and apparatus for the operating control of an automatic door, with a drive motor (8), especially a direct-current motor, for moving the door parts (1, 2), for example door leaves or wings, the distance and speed of the door parts (1, 2) being controlled electronically in such a way that a distance model and a speed model of the moved parts are formed, stored and used for the control, first the data of the distance model being determined, especially by means of a test movement of the moved door parts, and the speed model being formed according to estimated values in such a way that a desired speed is preset at a speed reference point, preferably in the braking range of the distance model. <IMAGE>
