Die Erfindung betrifft Anordnung mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Kühlsystem, welches die Motortemperatur auf einen Temperaturwert einstellt, indem das Kühlsystem während des Betriebs des Motors entstehende überschüsssige Wärmeenergie abführt.The invention relates to an arrangement with an internal combustion engine and a cooling system which adjusts the engine temperature to a temperature value by the cooling system dissipating excess heat energy generated during operation of the engine.
Es ist allgemein bekannt, daß während des Betriebs eines Verbrennungsmotor, z. B eines KFZ-Motors, Verlustwärme entsteht. Um den Verschleiß eines KFZ-Motors zu vermindern bzw. um Schäden des Motors zu vermeiden ist es daher erforderlich, überschüssige Wärme abzuführen, falls der Motor seine Betriebstemperatur erreicht hat. Dazu ist das Fahrzeug mit einem Kühlsystem versehen, das einen Kühler, ein Thermostat und ein Pumpe umfaßt. Ein Kühlmittel in Form von Wasser zirkuliert zunächst in einem sogenannten "kleinen" Kühlkreislauf bis die Betriebstemperatur des Motors erreicht ist. Dann öffnet das Thermostat, wodurch die Wasserpumpe das Wasser in einem sogenannten "großen" Kühlkreislauf vom Motor zum Kühler pumpt,welcher die überschüssige Wärmeenergie an die Umgebungsluft abgibt. Dabei ist gewöhnlich zur besseren Wärmeabfuhr ein Ventilator am Kühler vorgesehen.It is generally known that waste heat is generated during operation of an internal combustion engine, e.g. a car engine. Mit 1 ist ein Kühlsystem eines Kraftfahrzeuges bezeichnet, welches einen Verbrennungsmotor 2 aufweist. Bestandteile des Kühlsystems 1 sind ein erstes und zweites Thermostat 3, 4, eine Wasserpumpe 5, ein Kühler 6 und ein erstes und zweites Abzweigstück 7, 8. Die Abzweigstücke 7, 8 sind über geeignete wärmeisolierte Schläuche mit einem ersten Wärmetauscher 9 eines Wärmespeichers 10 verbunden, welcher einen zweiten mit Anschlußmitteln 13 versehenen Wärmetauscher 14 aufweist. Der Wärmespeicher 10 ist vorzugsweise im Kofferraum des Fahrzeugs angeordnet. Dieser Temperaturfühler 18 steuert die Umwälzpumpe 19 derart, daß beim Unterschreiten einer vorgebbaren Mindesttemperatur im KFZ-Wärmespeicher 10 die Pumpe 19 abgeschaltet wird. Für den Fall, daß diese Mindesttemperatur noch nicht unterschritten ist, läuft die Umwälzpumpe 19 und die Wärmeenergie im KFZ-Wärmesspeicher 10 wird über den Wärmetauscher 14 des KFZ-Wärmespeichers 10, den Anschlußmitteln 13 und über wärmeisolierte Schläuche 20 dem Wärmetauscher 16 des Haus-Wärmespeichers 17 übertragen.
