Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, unter Ausschluß aller bekannten Nachteile, eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (Reaktor) zu schaffen, die mit geringem Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand herstellbar, leicht handhab- und austauschbar, mit geringstem energetischen Aufwand betreibbar ist und durch die Biomassenkonzentration eine Wirkungsgradsteigerung vorhandener Anlagen erreicht bzw. Die Abstände zwischen den Umlenkstangen sind ausreichend für die Entwicklung einer optimalen Biozinöse. Das textile Material besteht erfindungsgemäß aus einer dreidimensionalen textlien Flächenware, beliebiger Abmaße, aus synthetischen Filament-, Monofil- und/oder umsponnenen Monofilgarnen, die gegenüber den zu behandelnden Medien genügend resistent sind und wird derart lagenweise in einer Aufnahmevorrichtung verspannt, daß der Anfang 1 der textlien Flächenware 2 genügend überstehend in die Spann- und Fixierelemente 3 der ersten Umlenkstange 4a eingehangen, zur gegenüberliegende Umlenkstange 4b geführt, gestrafft und mittels der Spann- und Fixierelemente 3 verspannt und zurück an der Umlenkstange 4a unter Verwendung von Umfangsbefestigern 5 verankert wird, um mit dem zu behandelnde Medium in einem Behälter zu kontaktieren, damit die sich an der Träger- und Besiedlungsoberfläche angesiedelten Mikroorganismen einen Schadstoffabbau vornehmen können. Diese Befestigung kann, entsprechend der Anforderungen an das Verfahren auch fortlaufend über mehr als zwei Umlenkstangen vorgenommen werden. Ein Nachspannen ist aufgrund dieser Spanntechnik nicht erforderlich.
