Description

Bei den bisherigen Herzstücken für Weichen und Kreuzungen wurden entweder sonvohl die Flügeil- schienen als auch die Herzstücksohi;enen aus nor- ma'len Schienen mit dazwischen eingepaßten beson- deren Futterstücken .hergestellt, oder es wurden nur für die Herzstückschienen Vollschienen und für die Flügelschienen normale Schienen verwendet. Dar Nachte!ill dieser Ausführung besteht @diar!in., ,daß sie aus einer Vielvahl dneiniandergreifender Teiile zusammengesetzt -ist, die eine außerordentlich Anp!aß!arbei!t erfordern und trotzdem nicht genügend steif miteinander verbunden snmld, um die auftretenden starken Schubkräfte, beim Her- überrodlen,der Räder !auf zunehmen. Es ist auch schon vorgeschlagen worden., die Spitze Beis Herzstückes auf etwa ein Drittel der Herizstü:dklänge zu etauohen (Patent 611 67q.) und direkt :an@ idie Flügelschienen anzupassen, so daß an dieser Spitze :des .Herzs.tüdke!s kenne !besonderen Futterstücke erforderlichsind. Dadurch wizrid zwar ,die Anzähl !d!er Futterstücke, um ein Drittel vermin- dert, !die restliche Anzahl isst aber .immer noch so groß, .daß sehr oft eine Lockerung der vielen inein- andergrei.fenden Teile eintritst, so daß ein öfteres Nachziehen und Nacharb,ei!ten der Zw:Ischenstücke erforldien-lnch !ist. Das, Naichazbemten der Z:v"ilsoh@en- stücke vst aber nur !bi!s zu einem gewissen Grad möglich, weliil bei: größerem Nacharbeiten eine unzu- lässige Verengung,der SpurriIlen eintritt. Zur Vermiedidung dieser Nazhtei!le hat mian euch schonvorgeschlagen, die ganizen Herzstücke raus Staihlguß zu gießen:.
