Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ab.- bzw. Einlaßventil, das mittels eines eingebauten Sensors in der Lage ist, Reaktionsparameter, wie z. B. die Temperatur des umgebenden Mediums, zu messen.The invention relates to an outlet or inlet valve which is able to measure reaction parameters, such as the temperature of the surrounding medium, by means of a built-in sensor.
Bei vielen chemischen Reaktionen ist es erforderlich, Reaktionsparameter wie Temperatur, pH-Wert u. a., sowohl beim Reaktionsgut als auch bei den zugeführten Stoffen zu messen. Bei der Temperaturmessung &zgr;. B. wird dies mit einem Thermometer oder einem Temperaturfühler (z. B. PT 100) durchgeführt. Hierzu ist an dem entsprechenden Bauteil (Kolben, Reaktionsgefäß), eine Einführungsmöglichkeit erforderlich, die abdichtbar sein muß.In many chemical reactions it is necessary to measure reaction parameters such as temperature, pH value, etc., both in the reaction mixture and in the added substances. In einer Spindel (1) mit Handrad (12) ist in dem oberen Ende ein Sensorträger (3) mit Meßsensor (2) exemplarisch durch ein Schraubgewinde (7) befestigt. Eine 0-Ring-Dichtung (8) sorgt für eine pressende Abdichtung. Die Spindel beinhaltet eine Durchgangsbohrung (10), damit die Leitungen des Meßsensors zur Anschlußmöglichkeit (11) (z.B.
