Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung des unter Patent Nr. 89564 geschützten Klappstuhles. Bei jenem Stuhl ist die Bedingung für die Zusammenlegbarkeit, dafs der an der Lehnenstrebe sitzende Stift k in der letzten Ausklinkung z'³ der Stellschiene i liegt. Bei Fig. 4 ist. der Stift ρ eben mit der Stellschiene zur Anlage gekommen, und bei weiterem Drehen der Lehnenstrebe in der Pfeilrichtung wird (Fig. 5) der Stift aus den Einklinkungen z'² ausgehoben, und die Stellschiene kann sich daher in der Pfeilrichtung, d. h. in ihrer Längsrichtung bewegen, da sich der Stift k jetzt in dem Längsschlitz der Stellschiene befindet und sich beim weiteren Zusammenlegen bis an das Ende dieses Schlitzes bewegen kann, so dafs die Schiene bei vollkommen zusammengelegtem Zustande des Stuhles die Stellung der Fig. 6 einnimmt. Hier liegt der Stift k in der letzten Ausklinkung z³, und Stift ρ ist aufser Berührung mit der Unterkante der Stellschiene gekommen. Die Stifte k und ρ können auch, ebenso wie g eine Verbindung der zu beiden Seiten des Stuhles angebrachten Stellschienen ist, zu Verbindungsstangen ausgebildet sein, welche von einer Lehnenstrebe zur anderen durchgeführt sind.Fig. 1 of the drawing shows the chair in its position of use, while Fig. 2 shows the same folded up so far that the lifting of the adjusting rail must take place soon.
