Die Neuerung betrifft ein Schreib- und Zeichengerät Gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches l.The innovation concerns a writing and drawing instrument according to the preamble of claim l.

B. auf die Kleidung bzw. Wird dagegen der Halter (2) wie üblich mit Daumen und Zeigefinger an den Griffetücken bzw. Tasten (12, 14) erfaßt und hierbei Druck von außen nach innen aufgebracht, so schwenken die Schwingen (16 und 36) in Richtung auf den stift (3) nach innen und verschieben dadurch das Zapfenlager (20) nach vorn, das den Stift (3) mitnimmt und dadurch die Spitze (4) aus der vorderen Geradführung (11) nach außen treten laßt. Infolge der Versperrung des Zapfenlagers (20) im Falle der Kugelschreibermine (6) mit deren Verquetschungen (22a) werden die Reaktionskräfte beim Schreiben oder Zeichnen aufgenommen und auf dem Halter (2) abgetragen.
