Fahrzeugtransport-Anhänger mit neuartiger Seilwindenanordnung.Vehicle transport trailer with a new type of winch arrangement.
Fahrzeugtransport-Anhänger sind in der Regel im vorderen Bereich mit einer Seilwinde ausgerüstet, um beschädigte oder nirht selbstfahrende
Fahrzeuge verladen zu können. Dabei besteht das Problem darin, daß meistens der Anhängepunkt an dem Fahrzeug nicht genau
in der Zugrichtung der Seilwinde liegt. Das hat die Folge, daß das Seil sich an einer Seite auf die Seiltrommel aufwickelt und
letztlich darüber hinaus läuft. Als Lösung dieses Problems sind bereits bekannt z.B. eine seitlich verschiebbare Anordnung der
Seilwinde (aufwendig, Stabilitätsprobleme), oder eine um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbare Anordnung der Seilwinde (Einstellung
muß laufend korrigiert werden).
Bei meiner Konstruktion wurde das Problem folgendermaßen gelöst:Vehicle transport trailers are usually equipped with a cable winch in the front area in order to be able to load damaged or non-self-propelled vehicles. Diese Schraube dient nun gleichzeitig als stabiler zentraler Umlenkpunkt für das Seil und als Befestigungselement für den Windenbock (2). Der Windenbock (2) selbst besteht aus einem sehr einfach gestalteten Ausleger, welcher um den zentralen Be fest igangspunkt (3) ifl einem beliebigen Winkel zur Fahrzeuglängsachse und an beiden Seiten derselben festgeklemmt werden kann. Dadurch können Seilwinden (1) verschiedenster Bauarten aufgebaut werden.
