Verfahren nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die waagerechten Teile der Bügel (3) undurchschnitten bleiben und zur Befestigung an sich bekannter Auf hängeeisen (12) für die Unterdecke benutzt werden.
