Description
Überströrnventil, insbesondere für Drehkolbenflüssigkeitspumpen Es ist bekannt, bei Pumpen bzw. in deren Druckraum oder Druckleitung ein Überströmventil mit einem federbelasteten Absperrkolben anzuordnen, welches die Auf- .. gabe hat, bei auftretendem überdruck oder bei nicht benötigter Fördermenge diese in den Saugraum der Pumpe oder deren. Saugbehälter zurückzuführen. Falls die gesamte oder auch nur der größere Teil der Fördermenge durch dieses Ventil abfließen muß, entsteht ein sehr erheblicher- Druckanstieg, da der Ventilkolben in diesem Fälle sehr hoch gehoben werden muß; was wiederum einen erheblichen Druckanstieg der Ventilfeder zur Folge hat. Daraus ergibt sich z. B. eine überlastung des Antriebsmotors. und ein Ansprechen der Motorsicherungen mit darauffoIgenden Betriebsstörungen. Man. kann wohl durch eine genügend lange Ventilfeder den Druckanstieg in tragbaren Grenzen halten; doch wird die Feder und mit ihr das Federgehäuse sowie die benötigte Nachstellvorrichtung für die Feder im Verhältnis zum Ventil selbst ganz unverhältnismäßig lang: Erfindungsgemäß werden diese vorerwähnten Mängel dadurch beseitigt, daß -der Absperrkolben über seinem Ventilsitz eine an sich bekannte, die wirksame Ventilsitzfläche vergrößernde Kreisringfläche besitzt und dieser Kolben sich in einen austauschbaren, zylindrischen Ringkörper mit bei steigendem Il, Kolbenhub sich stark vergrößernden Durchtrittsöffnungen führt, wobei der die Kolbenringfläche beeinflussende Staudruck durch ein weiteres an sich bekanntes Drosselorgan noch zusätzlich beeinflußt wird.Overflow valve, especially for rotary lobe pumps Es it is known to have an overflow valve in pumps or in their pressure chamber or pressure line to be arranged with a spring-loaded shut-off piston, which has the task of ... in the event of overpressure or if the flow rate is not required, this into the suction chamber the pump or its. Die durch die öffnungen 8 - abfließende Flüssigkeit geht durch die Leitung io und -12 zum Saugraum der Pumpe oder deren Saugbehälter zurück. Um den Staudruck 9 noch nachträglich beeinflussen, zu können, ist.ein bekanntes Drossel-. Organ 11 in die Abflußleitung eingebaut.
