Description
Conveyor device The invention relates to a conveyor device two parallel staggered in the longitudinal direction, guided by wheels endless chains and from these horizontally held rectangular support plates, which at two diametrically opposite corners by means of bushings on the chains arranged bolts are stored. The invention now aims both to secure the uniform running of the chains as well as the support plates against a lateral Displacement, taking into account that the panels are horizontal during their Are temporarily charged or unencumbered. According to the invention are the support plates by means of the bushings receiving the bolts and by means of their other two Corners of bushes arranged in after the support plates to open U-shaped guides guided. To further secure the movement of the support plates with their loads are the support plates on their underside at the corners with downwardly protruding tongues to limit the lateral movement of the support plates by coming into contact with the guides.
27, 28 in Lagerböcken 31, 34 bzw. The invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a plan view, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line 4-4 of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a plan view of an embodiment of the support frame without an inserted support plate, FIG a plan view of the support frame according to Figure 3 with inserted support plate. According to FIG. I, the conveyor device has a pair of chains 2o, 2i on frames 22 which carry a plurality of support plates 23 between them. The chains 2o,, 21 run around gear wheels 25, 26 and 27, 28 in bearing blocks 31, 34 and 41, 42 and are guided in U-shaped guides 47 made of angle iron 48, 49 which are attached to the frame 22 . The guides 47 are covered with strips 50, 51 (FIG. 2). Each chain has side links 52 which are spaced apart at regular intervals and carry inwardly projecting pins 53. The side members 52 are heavier and wider than those commonly used and rest on the strip 50.
Each support plate 23 consists of a rectangular frame 6o which is supported by two bolts 53 and a saddle 70 (FIG. 4) which is removable and serves to hold the objects to be conveyed. The frame 6o has two bushings 61 and 6i ', which are provided with a bore 62, at each end of its longitudinal sides. The bushes 61 serve to receive the bolts 53. The frame 6o encloses a central opening 63 and has an opening 64 at each corner for receiving tongues 77 arranged on the saddle 7o. The bushes 61, 61 'are connected by ribs 65 and 66, and each rib 65 extends towards the end edge, while the ribs 66 have indentations 67 in the middle of their length. On the lower side of the frame 6o, tongues 68 of rectangular cross-section are arranged at each corner; the pair of tongues at each end are oriented in planes parallel to each other and to those of the ribs 66. Each frame 6o is only supported by two diagonally opposite bolts 53. The bushes 61 ', which are not used for storage but only to guide the frame 6o, are made shorter than the bushes 61 by being cut off, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, where the cut-off parts are drawn in dotted lines. The sleeves 61 are in contact with the links 52 of the chains. The sleeves 61, 61 'enter the U-shaped guides 4.7 and rest on the strip 5o. The sleeves 61 'are spaced from the chains and the tongues 68 limit the lateral movement of the frames 6o. The guides 47 terminate briefly at the sprockets so that the sleeves 61 'disengage from the guide rails when the frames lower. Ring bushings 69 made of rubber or other soft material are inserted into each of the openings 64.
