Die Vorrichtung besteht aus zwei die Schulter umfassenden Metallbügeln α a1, welche mit Leder überzogen sind; dieselben sind mit zwei Federn b bl verbunden, die, sich kreuzend, an einem Beckengurt c befestigt sind.
