Description

Lufterhitzer mit einem drehbaren, in Sektorkammern eingeteilten Wärmetauscher Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lufterhitzer mit einem drehbaren, in Sektorkammern eingeteilten Wärmetauscher, bei welchem die jeweils durch heiße Gase aufgeheizten Kammern nachher von uer zu erhitzenden Luft durchströmt werden und eine Abreinigung von Staub durch Dampf oder Preßluft erfolgt. Die in den heißen Rauchgasen enthaltenen Staubmengen, die sich in den Lamellen des Wärmetauschers absetzen, werden bei dem Durchtritt der Luft mitgerissen und verunreinigen diese somit. Für gewisse Zwecke, wie Verwendung der erhitzten Luft als Unterwind für Feuerungen, dürfte die Staubbeimengung nicht von erheblichem Nachteil sein. Will man sie jedoch für unmittelbare Raumbeheizung benutzen, so wäre dies infolge der Staubbeimengungen nicht möglich. Es bestände hier nun die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Luft durch ein Filter zu schicken. Eine solche Anlage würde jedoch infolge der erheblichen Luftmengen, die zu bewältigen sind, sehr teuer werden. Gemäß der Erfindung ist ein weiterer Sektor in den Arbeitsgang eingeschaltet, der sogenannte Reinigungssektor. Dieser Reinigungssektor befindet sich, in der Drehrichtung gesehen, hinter dem Heizgassektor und vor dem Luftsektor. Die hier abgeblasene Staubluft wird zu einer Filteranlage geführt. Es ist hier also nur eine kleine Filteranlage notwendig. Claims (1)

PATEN TANSPRUCH: Lufterhitzer mit einem drehbaren, in Sektorkammern eingeteilten Wärmetauscher, bei welchem die jeweils durch heiße Gase aufgeheizten Kammern nachher von der zu erhitzenden Luft durchströmt werden und eine Abreinigung von Staub durch Dampf oder Preßluft erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Drehrichtung hinter dem feststehenden Heizgassektor (W) und vor dem feststehenden Luftsektor (,K) für die Zu- und Ableitung von Heizgas und Luft zwecks Einführung von Dampf oder Preßluft für die Abreinigung der Kammern (b) bei gleichzeitigem Abklopfen derselben und der Ableitung des Staubgemisches nach einem Filter ein feststehender Sektor (R) angeordnet ist.
