Auch die Notwendigkeit, die Höhenverstellung des Notenpults mit beiden Händen vornehmen zu müssen, wird in dieser Beziehung als erschwerend und hinderlich empfunden. Die Hülse 5 klemmt also selbsttätig die Trägerstange 7 zwischen sich und dem Ständerrohr 2 ein und verhindert somit eine ungewollte Drehung und Verschiebung derselben. Das Verschieben der Stange 7 im Rohr 2 erfolgt durch Anheben der Hülse 5, wie in Abb. 2 durch die gestrichelt gezeichnete Stellung b genügend erläutert ist. Neben der überaus leichten Bedienungsweise der Klemmhülse mit nur einer Hand gewährleistet diese noch völlige Schonung der Tragstangenoberfläche.
