With the selector spindle 9 , a permanent magnet 25 attached to it moves in a translatory manner, in the magnetic field of which a plurality of reed switches 26 are attached in a fixed manner along the selector spindle 9 . The aperture 23 rotates between the permanent magnet 25 and the reed switches 26 and thus shields the reed switch 26 from the stray magnetic field of the permanent magnet 25 . Only if the permanent magnet 25 is in the longitudinal plane of a reed switch 26 and the recess 24 of the diaphragm 23 releases the shielding of the magnetic field, the reed switch 26 can be excited by the magnetic field.
