Description

Schrägrohrkesselanlage. Bei Schrägrohrkesselanlagen mit quer zu den Rohrbündeln angeordneten Obertrommeln, sogenannten Schiffskesseln, ist es üblich, das aufsteigende Dampf- und Wassergemisch der oberhalb der Fallrohrteilkammer angeordneten Obertrommel zuzuführen. Hierzu ist eine lange Leitung von den Steigrohrteilkammern nötig, die eine Drosselwirkung ausübt und damit den Wasserumlauf im ILesselsystetn behindert. Bei Schiffskesseln mit je einer Obertrommel über beiden Teilkammern entfällt zwar diese Drosselwirkung, dagegen ist nunmehr das aufsteigende Wasser-und Dampfgemisch gez«-ungen, durch das in der Obertrommel befindliche Wasser hindurchzutreten, wodurch wiederum der Wasserumlauf des Iiesselsvstems gehindert wird bz«-. Hasser Dampf entsteht. Die vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet diese :Nachteile, indem sie die Obertrommel der Steigteilkammer oberhalb des Wasserspiegels der Obertrommel der Fallteilkammer anordnet, so daß der Auftrieb des Wasser- und Dampfgemisches nicht durch irgendwelche in der Obertrommel befindliche Flüssigkeit gehemmt wird. Da naturgemäß der Abfluß des sich in dieser Obertrommel sammelnden Wassers nicht augenblicklich erfolgt, also sich eine gewisse Wassermenge in derselben stauen wird, die den Auftrieb hindern könnte, so erfolgt zweckmäßig die Zuführung des Wasser-und Dampfgemisches zu dieser Obertrommel durch ein Rohr, das entweder die Wasserschicht durchdringt oder seitlich der Trommel eingeführt ist. Da die Bewegung des Wasser-und Dampfgemisches in den den Heizgasen am stärkten ausgesetzten Rohren am lebhaftesten ist, so wird nach der Erfindung bei solchen Kesselsvsteinen, deren Wasserrohre in zwei oder mehrere Gruppen geteilt sind, den Steigkammern jeder einzelnen Rohrbünde lgruppe eine besondere obere Trommel beigeordnet, wobei insbesondere die Obertrommel der Steigkammer der untersten Rohrbündel, wie vorbeschrieben, so oberhalb des normalen Wasserstandes angeordnet ist, daß sich in der Obertrommel keine Wassermengen ansammeln können.Inclined tube boiler system.
