Claims (9)
- Pieter Krijgsman P5622DE/EPPatentansprüche1 . Verfahren zum Bilden von Titancalciumoxid, ge kennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Mischen von Reaktionsbestandteilen, die Titanhydroxid, Calcimhydroxid und Wasser umfassen, in einem Autoklaven in einem stöchiometrischen Verhältnis,Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer, um die Bildung eines Reaktionsproduktes zu ermöglichen, das Titancalciumoxidkristalle mit gewählter Größe umfaßt, undÜbertragen des Reaktionsproduktes vom Autoklaven über einen Strömungsdurchgang auf einen anderen Behälter am Ende der gewählten Zeitdauer mit einem im wesentlichen konstanten Durchsatz.
- 2 . Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , welches weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Schritt der Erhitzung der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck für eine gewählte Zeitdauer das Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf annähernd 318* C bei 110 bar absolutem Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer umfaßt, um die Bildung von Kristallen mit gewählter Größe zu ermöglichen.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , welches weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Reaktionsbestandteile mit einer gewählten Geschwindigkeit während des Reaktionsprozesses durchgerührt werden, um eine im wesentlichen gleichförmige Temperatur der Reaktion im Autoklaven sicherzustellen.
- 4 . Verfahren zum Bilden von Magnesiumcalciumoxid, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Mischen von Reaktionsbestandteilen, die Magnesiumhydroxid, Calciumhydroxid und Wasser umfassen, in einem Autoklaven in einem stöchiometrischen Verhältnis,Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer, um die Bildung eines Reaktionsproduktes zu ermöglichen, das Magnesiumcalciumoxidkristalle mit einer gewählten Größe umfaßt, undÜbertragen des Reaktionsproduktes vom Autoklaven über einen Strömungsdurchgang auf einen anderen Behälter am Ende der gewählten Zeitdauer mit einem im wesentlichen konstanten Durchsatz.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 , welches weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Schritt der Erhitzung der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer das Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf annähernd 318* C bei 110 bar absolutem Druck für eine gewählte Zeitdauer umfaßt, um die Bildung von Kristallen mit einer gewählten Größe zu ermöglichen.
- 6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 , welches weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Reaktionsbestandteile mit einer gewählten Geschwindigkeit während des Reaktionsprozesses durchgerührt werden, um eine im wesentlichen gleichförmige Temperatur der Reaktion im Autoklaven sicherzustellen.
- 7. Verfahren zum Bilden von Zirconcalciumoxid, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Mischen von Reaktionsbestandteilen, die Zirkonhydroxid, Calciumhydroxid und Wasser umfassen, in einem Autoklaven in einem stöchiometrischen Verhältnis,Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer, um die Bildung eines Reaktionsproduktes zu ermöglichen, das Zirkoncalciumoxidkiristalle mit einer gewählten Größe umfaßt* undÜbertragen des Reaktionsproduktes vom Autoklaven über einen Strömungsdurchgang auf einen anderen Behälter am Ende der gewählten Zeitdauer mit einem im wesentlichen konstanten Durchsatz.
- 8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 , welches weiterhin dadurch g e"k ennzeichnet ist, daß der Schritt der Erhitzung der Reaktionsbestandteile auf gewählte Temperatur und Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer das Erhitzen der Reaktionsbestandteile auf annähernd 318"C bei 110 bar absolutem Druck über eine gewählte Zeitdauer umfaßt, um die Bildung von Kristallen mit einer gewählten Größe zu ermöglichen.
- 9 . Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 , welches weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Reaktionsbestandteile mit einer gewählten Geschwindigkeit während des Reaktionsprozesses durchgerührt werden, um eine im wesentlichen gleichförmige Temperatur der Reaktion im Autoklaven sicherzustellen.
