Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen weitgehend rotationssymme trisch aufgebauten Filter für Fluide mit einem zentralen Einlaßstutzen in einem ersten Gehäuseteil und einem zen tralen Auslaßstutzen in einem zweiten Gehäuseteil, die unter randseitiger Abdichtung ein hydrophiles Flachfilter und ein hydrophobes Flachfilter vom hydrophilen Flachfilter beabstandet zwischen sich einschließen, wobei das hydro phobe Flachfilter als Ringfilter um die innere Öffnung des Einlaßstutzens herum angeordnet ist und mehrere nach außen führende Entgasungsöffnungen im ersten Gehäuseteil abdeckt. Ein solches Filter ist bekannt durch die US-PS 41 13 627 und besteht aus mehr als zwei Gehäuseteilen. Zusätzlich zu den beiden, die Anschlußstutzen aufweisenden Gehäuseteile sind eingelagerte Gehäuseteile vorgesehen, die der Filter abstützung und der Befestigung des ringförmigen hydrophoben Filters in dem ersten Gehäuseteil dienen. Das hydrophile Flachfilter ist dabei nur einseitig durch eine Filter unterstützung abgestützt. Dieses aus mehreren Bauteilen bestehende Filter dient zur Flüssigkeitsfiltration und zur Entgasung der in der Flüssigkeit befindlichen Gasblasen. Das hydrophobe Flachfilter ist in dem ersten Gehäuseteil ringförmig durch eine zusätzlich eingebrachte Kunststoff masse eingesiegelt.
