Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Nickel aus nickelhaltigen Hydrosilikaten. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren angegeben, durch das es ermöglicht werden soll, aus nickelhaltigen Hydrosilikaten, gegebenenfalls auch anderen nickelhaltigen Erzen, das Nickel zu gewinnen. Die feingemahlene Erzmasse wird dabei einem Reduktionsprozesse unterworfen und das in der reduzierten Masse enthaltene metallische Nickel durch Behandlung mit Kohlenoxyd extrahiert. Statt dessen ist in früheren Zusatzpatenten bereits angegeben worden, die Extraktion des Nickels dadurch zu bewerkstelligen, daß es mittels Schwefelsäure oder Ammoniakwassers in Lösung gebracht wird. Insbesondere ist die Extraktion erschwert, wenn neben dem metallischen Nickel in der reduzierten Masse auch noch metallisches Eisen vorhanden ist.Process for the extraction of nickel from hydrosilicates containing nickel.
