Abstract

The invention relates to a facade lift which, by assembling elements of different length, can be erected and fastened on individually sized house walls. By means of a cabin fastened on a ladder with lifting device, which carries out movement in the horizontal direction, any desired point of the house wall can be reached.

Description

The invention relates to a scaffolding-based facade lift in a modular principle, which is suitable to accommodate one or two people with working material and to transport them to any point of the house wall by means of electric motors.

Aufbauconstruction

The lower and the upper support ( 2 ) are identical and are screwed together by elements of different lengths (screw connection is not shown) and provided with the roller sliders ( 16 ). The brackets ( 3 ) are pushed right and left into the lower support ( 2 ) and screwed together with the lower wall brackets ( 4 ) to a certain distance from each other. Now the floor supports ( 1 ) are inserted and lightly attached. The lower bracket ( 2 ) is placed at right angles to the wall and aligned using a spirit level. The lower mounting holes can now be marked and pegged. The wall brackets ( 4 ) are now inserted into the screwed-in wall hooks ( 17 ), aligned again, and the support ( 2 ) is now firmly screwed to all the elements. Now the support brackets ( 5 ) are pushed into the carrier ( 2 ) and, after the stabilizers ( 6 ), which connect the wall brackets ( 4 ) and the support brackets ( 5 ), are screwed together. The ladder ( 10 ) is brought to the desired length by assembling individual elements, screwed (screw connection is not shown) and hung and fastened with the lifting device ( 15 ) in the lower roller slider ( 16 ). Now the cabin ( 11 ) can be mounted on the lifting device ( 15 ). After the electrical connections (not shown) have been installed, the lifting device ( 15 ) can be raised so that the carrier transport hooks ( 12 ) which are now to be hooked into the cabin ( 11 ) lie precisely on the lower carrier ( 2 ). If necessary, the ladder ( 10 ) can be stabilized with an additional wall mounting for the construction. Now the support spacers ( 7 ) are brought to the required length, rigidly connected to the brackets ( 8 ) and the upper wall brackets ( 9 ) and placed on the support brackets ( 3 ). The upper fastening points can now be marked, and after the wall brackets ( 9 ) have been folded down over their joint ( 18 ), they can be dowelled. Then the wall bracket ( 9 ) in the screwed th wall hook ( 17 ) to hang. The upper support ( 2 ) is now provided with the support stands ( 13 ) and placed on the lower support ( 2 ) or the support transport hooks ( 12 ). The pipe sliders ( 19 ) located on the support brackets ( 13 ) are now connected to the support distance rods ( 7 ) and the stabilizer rods ( 6 ) are hooked into the upper support ( 2 ). The upper carrier ( 2 ) is now moved upwards with the aid of the lifting device ( 15 ), where in the uppermost position the locking bolts ( 14 ) snap into the bores of the carrier transport rods ( 7 ). The stabilizer bars ( 6 ) are inserted and tensioned in the lower beam ( 2 ). The upper roller slider ( 16 ) is connected to the ladder ( 10 ) and the carrier transport hooks ( 12 ) can be removed. Now you move the entire unit to both sides and screw in all elements after inserting the stabilizer rods ( 6 ).

Vorteileadvantages

  • 1. Leichtes Auf- bzw. Abbauen1. Easy assembly and disassembly
  • 2. Sicheres Arbeiten aus einer Kabine2. Safe work from a cabin
Fast, uncomplicated work, because it is always optimal Height the free wall is accessible and the working material is carried along.
