Abstract

The cable end connector is in two parts. One part (14) has terminals into which cable cores are connected, for example by crimping or soldering. These terminals project beyond the end of the housing (14). The second part (16) contains conductors which have sockets into which pins extending from the cable terminals fit. The opposite ends of these conductors have sockets into which the mating plug section of the connector fits. The conductors are removable and exchangeable.
