Außenwand-und DachverglasungExterior wall and roof glazing
The present invention relates to exterior wall and roof glazing, consisting of a supporting structure made of profiles and insulating glass panes attached to the supporting structure.
The roof can also be fully or partially included in this construction. According to the relevant building regulations, there is only a form-fitting definition of the glass panes, which are normally used as insulating glass panes are permitted on the load-bearing profiles.
In the previously known constructions, the insulating glass panes fixed by glass retaining strips screwed to the profile. Between the facing surfaces of the insulating glass pane and the profile and the glazing bead are provided with seals.
The external, visible screw heads are within cover shells, which is fixed by a snap connection on the glass retaining strip.
SCHUCOSCHUCO - 5 -- 5 -
The constructions described are due to the glass retaining strips that are always required and the cover shells are very material and cost-intensive. This is especially true since these parts are usually made from aluminum which is to be regarded as a high-quality construction material. It is also recommended to be particularly disadvantageous that by the Glass retaining strips and the cover shells placed on them create nooks and crannies that not only interfere with the overall impression of the Facade work, but also make cleaning more difficult. Through the educated Joints it can happen that the tightness is reduced. Since a facade usually consists of a large number of fields and a glazing bead covers several fields at a time, the repair cost is relatively high for a field.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of a Design the outer wall and roof glazing of the type mentioned so that with structurally simple means using the known Versions of insulating glass panes the outside of the facade can be made largely smooth without projections, without fastening or supporting parts being visible.
To solve the problem, it is provided according to the invention that the insulating glass panes have U-shaped, outwardly open profile rails in the edge area, which are arranged circumferentially or in sections are set, and engage in the flanges of fasteners attached to the supporting structure, which are outwardly through a sealing compound are covered.
In the case of the glazing according to the invention, there are no compared to the Outside protruding parts, as the professional! Appeared between the one Insulating glass pane forming panes are set, and the holders engaging in these rails also do not protrude. The rule for the form-fitting fixing of insulating glass panes is therefore complied with. Furthermore, the forces applied by the holders not transferred to the edges of the pane in the form of a point load,
Since the space between the outside of the outer pane and the holders is filled with the sealing compound is filled, on the one hand a smooth outer surface is achieved, on the other hand an extreme tightness is achieved. Because the color of the sealant normally corresponds to the tint of the glass, it can only be seen on closer inspection that the facade is made up of individual elements Fields is formed.
According to a preferred embodiment it is provided that the Receiving space for the sealing compound formed by a film Has bottom, and that the film is supported on the flanges of a row of holders and extends into the interior of the U-shaped professional ! rail extends. By the distance between the outside of a The insulating glass pane and the supporting structure create a relatively large cavity that is completely filled with the sealing compound would have to, if the film were not introduced into this chamber in the sense of a partition. The spaced apart, all around a field of the facade delimiting holder an abutment for this film. The receiving space to be filled with sealing compound extends only between the facing side edges of the outer pane of the insulating glass pane and those on it adjacent bars of the professional! The room in which the holder remains completely free of sealing compound. It is special advantageous if the film protrudes beyond the edges of the holder flanges facing the bottom webs of the U-shaped profile rails and extends up to the bottom webs or approximately up to the vicinity of these bottom webs, since it is then ensured that the sealing compound does not penetrate the joints.
Sofern zwei in einer Ebene liegende Isolierglasscheiben zu verbinden sind, ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Halter T-förmig ausgebildet sind, da dann jeweils ein Flansch eines Halters in zwei parallel verlaufende und einander zugewandt liegende Profilschienen von zwei inProvided that two insulating glass panes lying in one plane are to be connected are, is particularly advantageous if the holders are T-shaped, since then one flange of a holder in two parallel and facing profile rails of two in
One in certain Limits elastic fixing of the insulating glass panes is achieved if the flange plates are rectangular and at the Support structure facing side have a disk made of elastic material, preferably made of rubber or plastic, which is on a Supports the inner surface of the U-shaped professional rail.
In the case of the exterior wall and roof glazing in question, the individual panes of glass often not in one plane, as it loosens them up protruding bay windows or the like. provided, the plan of which is trapezoidal is designed. Such constructions can also be realized according to the invention if each flange of a holder is made up of two is formed at an obtuse angle to one another, parallel to the glass plates of the insulating glass pane extending webs.
Es zeigen:Further characteristics and features of an advantageous embodiment of the The present invention are the subject of further sub-claims and emerge from the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment. sind in der herkömmlichen Art aus zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Glasplatten 1' und 1" hergestellt. The connection of the glass plates 1' and 11 takes place in the known manner by means of a spacer frame 3 provided with a desiccant, which, however, is opposite the outer edges of the insulating glass pane 1. A U-shaped profile rail 4 is inserted so that it is open to the outer edge of the insulating glass panes in the free space thus created for each insulating glass pane 1. A circumferential frame can be formed from these profile rails, although it is sufficient if individual sections are distributed in the edge area of each insulating glass pane 1. The space between the spacer frame 3 and the profile rail 4 is filled by a sealing compound 5.
The mutually facing, spaced-apart edges of the insulating glass panes 1 are fixed on the profile 2 by means of a holder 6. One end of the holder 6 is provided with a hammer-head-shaped screw-in fastening part 7 which can be inserted into a T-shaped groove 8 provided on the outside of the profile 2 and can be fixed by a quarter turn. The opposite end of the holder 6 has a flange 9 lying between the glass plates 1 ′, V 1 , which also engages in the profile rails 2. The holder 6 is shown in more detail in FIG. As can be seen, the screw-in fastening part 7 is connected to the flange 9 by a spacer web 10 which is provided with bevels 11 at the end facing the screw-in fastening part 7. As FIG. 2 also shows, the holder 6 is designed in the manner of a double T-piece, although some of the parts running parallel to one another are designed with smaller dimensions. This part is the screw-in fastening part 7. To achieve a certain elasticity, a disk 13 made of an elastic material is provided between the facing sides of the flange 9 of the holder 6 and an inner side web 12 of the professional rail 4, the outer contour of which with the flange 9 matches and is provided with an opening 14 for pushing onto the spacer web 10.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, in the area of each edge of the profile 2 a further T-shaped groove 15 is provided, into which a glass system seal 16 is inserted. Due to the distance between the facing / lying At the edges of the insulating glass panes 1 there is a groove-like space which is filled with a sealing compound 17 is. Since the holder 6 are at a distance from each other, this would Sealing compound also fill the space between the glass system seals 16, which would be quite uneconomical. The between the profile rails 4 lying space is with one on the outside of the Flanges 9 of the holder 6 fixed film strips 18 provided, the the outer edges of the flanges 9 still protrudes and can be seen in the sense of a partition wall, since its outer longitudinal edges are close to the bottom webs 19 of the Profi! rails 4 extend. From Fig. 1 is furthermore it can still be seen that the outer edges of the profile rails 4 are in alignment with the outer edges of the insulating glass panes 1. It can also be seen that the holder 6 is provided with a receiving bore 20 for a countersunk screw which is inserted into a threaded bore 21 of the profile 2 can be rotated.
In Fig. 3, a further embodiment is shown in which two insulating glass panes 1 are at an obtuse angle to each other. The outside of the profile 2 is angled accordingly.
The holder 6 is in this embodiment to the outer Wall of profile 2 screwed on. The holder 6 is in turn with a Flange 9 is provided, which, however, is angled and thus consists of two webs 9 ', 9 ". The area lying in the central longitudinal axis is, however, flat. Between the side of the webs 9 ', 9 "of the flange 9 facing the profile 2 and the side web 12 of the profile rail 4 are provided instead of the disc 13 strips 13 'made of an elastic material. rer Halter 6 festgelegter Folienstreifen 18 vorgesehen. rer holder 6 fixed film strip 18 is provided.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, they are mutually exclusive facing edges of the outer glass plates 1 'of the insulating glass panes 1 opposite the outer edges of the Profi! Appeared 4 in front to reduce the width of the gap or to reduce the distance to bring, which is also present in the case of insulating glass panes lying in one plane, so that the overall impression is not disturbed. In addition, the required amount of sealing compound is not unnecessarily increased. Further designs are conceivable, in each case essentially the holder 6 is to be matched to the embodiment, since the film 18 can be adapted to any shape without special precautions.
In contrast to the illustrated embodiments, the profile rails 4 and the spacer frame 3 can be formed in one piece by producing a corresponding profile. The sealing compound 5 is omitted then, which further simplifies manufacture.
