Abstract
Zur Prozeßbeschleunigung, insbesondere beim Kompostieren, wird ein Mischzellenimplikator vorgeschlagen, der eine auf einer Hohlwelle (1) drehbar gelagerte, die zu behandelnde Masse, insbesondere Haus- und Gewerbemüll aufnehmende, in einzelne Mischzellen (10) unterteilte Trommel aufweist. Über Ventile (2) in der Mantelfläche der Hohlwelle (1) werden in die einzelnen, gleichmäßig um die Hohlwelle herum angeordneten Mischzellen (10) den Prozeß beschleunigende Mittel, wie Wasser, Sauerstoff und dergleichen impliziert, wobei die Hohlwelle (1) auch den Abzug von entstehenden Gasen oder Dämpfen gewährleistet. Durch die Anordnung der Mischzellen (10) wird eine möglichst gleichmäßige Verteilung der zu behandelnden Masse erreicht, so daß für die Drehbewegung der Trommel eine nur geringe Antriebsenergie erforderlich ist.To speed up the process, particularly during composting, a mixing cell implicator is proposed which has a drum which is rotatably mounted on a hollow shaft (1) and which receives the mass to be treated, particularly domestic and commercial waste, and is divided into individual mixing cells (10). Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rottetrommel der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung, wie sie z. Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Rottetrommel weist eine Hohlwelle 1 mit an deren Umfang angeordneten Auslässen für in die Hohlwelle 1 eingeleitete Gase und Flüssigkeiten mit die Gärung fördernden Zusatzstoffen auf, deren eingeleitete Menge mittels Ventile 2 gesteuert wird, von denen die am Beschickungsende der Trommel angeordneten Ventile den Austritt der Gase bzw. Flüssigkeiten ermöglichen. Stirnseitig ist die Trommel mittels je einer Platte 3 verschlossen, die eine axiale Aussparung für den Durchtritt der Hohlwelle 1 aufweist. Die einzelnen die Trommelwand bildenden Teile 4 umschließen zusammen mit vom Umfang der Hohlwelle 1 nach außen sich erstreckenden Trennwänden 5 Mischzellen 10, 10 a, so daß der Trommelinhalt im wesentlichen gleichmäßig über den Querschnitt der Trommel verteilt ist und so einen Antrieb der Trommel mit gleichbleibenden Drehmoment ermöglicht. Am Umfang der Trommel sind Laufringe 7 angeordnet, mittels deren die Trommel auf Stützrollen ruht. Zur Beschickung der Trommel mit dem zu kompostierenden Gut sowie zum Entleeren der Trommel dienen von Wänden 9 begrenzte Trichter, in deren Bereich die Trommelwände 4 aufklappbar ausgebildet sind.The rotting drum shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a hollow shaft 1 with outlets arranged on its circumference for gases and liquids introduced into the hollow shaft 1 with additives that promote fermentation, the amount of which is controlled by means of valves 2 , from which the valves arranged at the loading end of the drum allow the gases or liquids to escape.
