Abstract

1. Coil former for fitting in printed circuit boards, preferably for a line output transformer in combination with a switched-mode power supply transformer of a television set, the coil former (1) consisting of at least two cylindrical hollow sections (2, 3) which are integrally injection-moulded from plastic and can be plugged coaxially one into the other, and each of the coil former sections (2, 3) having several winding chambers (12), characterised in that at least two cylindrical coil former sections (2, 3) have on a face side (5, 6) a flange segment (7, 8) with soldering pins (11) fitted in axial direction in the outer region, and in that, once the coil former sections have been plugged one into the other, a row of soldering pins lying in one plane and arranged in the shape of an arc or of a U is produced.
