the positioning unit ( 3 ) is provided with a connecting plate ( 21 ), a sleeve ( 24 ), a positioning plate ( 22 ), a spring ( 23 ) and a connecting block ( 25 ), the connecting plate ( 21 ) being provided with an opening ( 211 ), the sleeve ( 24 ) being inserted at an end portion of the opening ( 211 ), the opening ( 211 ) being provided inside with a positioning plate ( 22 ) which can be fastened to the seat cushion ( 3 ), the positioning plate ( 22 ) having one end which is provided with a securing rod ( 222 ) onto which a spring ( 23 ) is placed, while the other end thereof has at least one positioning rod ( 223 ) fastened thereto, the connecting block ( 25 ) being fastened in an open end of the opening ( 211 ) in order to secure the positioning plate ( 22 ) adapted to restrict sliding displacement in the opening ( 211 ), wherein the positioning rod ( 223 ) protrudes from the connecting block ( 25 ); and wherein
the seat cushion ( 3 ) can cause the positioning plate ( 22 ) to compress the spring ( 23 ) on the securing rod ( 222 ), and the positioning rod ( 223 ) can lift up in the positioning hole ( 121 ) of the guide slot ( 12 ) to follow the rotation of the seat cushion ( 12 ) and slide along the opening ( 211 ) and slide in the guide slot ( 12 ) to a suitable positioning hole ( 121 ), wherein the restoring force of the spring ( 23 ) causes the positioning rod ( 223 ) to snap into the positioning hole ( 121 ) so that the seat cushion ( 3 ) can be secured in the positioning hole ( 121 ) by means of the positioning rod ( 223 ) in a positioned state.
