Getränke werden vielerorts verzehrt; bei Wanderungen, Camping, Veranstaltungen im Freien, auf Reisen üsw. Bei diesen Gelegenheiten ist nicht immer die Möglichkeit einer Kühlung für Getränke vorhanden und es bedarf, für den Transport, vorgekühlter Getränke in Kühltaschen oder ähnlichem.
