Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektromotor mit einem Stator, der folgende Merkmale aufweist:The invention relates to an electric motor with a stator having the following features:

Um den Wickelkopfbereich eines Stators zu festigen, sind aus der Fachliteratur ( „Herstellung der Wicklungen elektrischer Maschinen" von H. So werden gewisse Teile speziell benötigt, um getrennt für Ober- und Unterschicht die Spulenschenkel zu fixieren. Außerdem sind spezielle Zwischenelemente zur Fixierung der Ober- mit der Unterschicht notwendig. Um Wicklungsstützringe zu fixieren sind Stützelemente notwendig, die die Wicklungsstützringe am Blechpaket abstützen um so ein axiale Verschiebung des Wicklungsstützringes in Richtung des Blechpaketes während des Motorbetriebes zu verhindern.For high-speed electric motors, a large number of special winding head fastening parts are required for high assembly costs. Durch Einsatz hochfester quellfähiger Versteifungselemente, die gleichzeitig die Unterschicht und die Oberschicht, als auch die Schichten gegeneinander versteifen, wird der Montageaufwand wesentlich verringert. Die Versteifungselemente werden zwischen die Spulenschenkel z. B. der Unterschicht eingesetzt. Aufgrund ihrer geometrischen Ausbildung reichen diese Elemente bis zur Oberschicht. An den Einbauorten der Versteifungselemente wird eine nahezu unverrückbare Lage dadurch erreicht, daß bei der Montage das hochfeste quellfähige Material der Versteifungselemente in die Isolierung der Spulenschenkel der Unter- bzw. Oberschicht eingedrückt wird und durch eine Imprägnierung zusätzlich fixiert wird. Durch eine radiale Verlängerung, als vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Versteifungselemente kann ein Wicklungsstützring durch den Anschlag an die radialen Versteifungen axial fixiert werden, ohne daß zusätzliche Stützelemente notwendig sind.By using high-strength, swellable stiffening elements, which simultaneously stiffen the lower layer and the upper layer, as well as the layers against each other, the assembly effort is significantly reduced.
