Description
SolardachziegelkombxnationSolar roof tile combination
The invention relates to roof tiles which are provided with a photovoltaic element and thus serve for covering a roof and for generating energy.
Such roof tiles with a photovoltaic element are known. For example, DE-OS 42 16 171 describes a flat energy shingle that combines the functions of a covering element, collector function and the accommodation of solar cells. In this invention, the shingle is made of metal and is 3 or 4 roof tile widths wide. The solar cells are glued onto the shingle. One aim of this invention is to retain the roof tile character, but this is at best achieved for roofs with flat tiles. Another disadvantage is that the shingle is a custom-made product.
Another roof tile, made of clay, ceramic, concrete, fiber cement or plastic, is described in DE-OS 44 11 458. Here, a flat solar panel with photovoltaic solar cells is attached to the top of the roof tile. For this purpose, the edges of the roof tile have recesses into which the projections of the flat solar panel snap into place. The disadvantage of these roof tiles is that the overall visual impression of the roof is destroyed. This also limits their use here.
The object of the invention is to design roof tiles with photovoltaic elements in such a way that they are suitable for covering a roof with a sinusoidal or regularly uneven roof profile without destroying the overall visual impression of the roof.
Anspruchs. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. This problem is solved with the characterizing features of the first claim. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subclaims.
By using two roof tiles for a profile oscillation, one of which has a curvature away from the roof truss and the other roof tile has a curvature towards the roof truss, the side of the curvature facing the light is provided with a photovoltaically effective layer that follows the respective curvature, and there is a plug connection between the two roof tiles, which at the same time contains contact elements for the electrical connection of adjacent photovoltaically effective layers, a solar roof tile combination is created with which the overall optical impression of a roof with a sinusoidal or regularly uneven roof profile, characterized by the shape of the tiles, is retained despite energy generation. The solar roof tile combination according to the invention can be used to create new roof coverings, but can also be used to renovate listed buildings. This opens up a further field of application for photovoltaic energy generation. The efficiency of this solar roof tile combination is also higher than that of tiles with flat photovoltaic elements.
In an advantageous embodiment, the solar roof tile combination provides for the formation of the plug connection between the roof tiles of a profile oscillation, whereby a groove is incorporated in one roof tile on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the roof tile and a tongue is incorporated in the other roof tile on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the roof tile, whereby the tongue and tongue each have an electrically conductive contact rail of the respective photovoltaically effective layer, so that they are electrically connected to one another after the plug connection has been established.
Es zeigt dieThe solar roof tile combination according to the invention is explained in more detail using the drawing. It shows the
Fig. 1 the solar roof tile combination for a sinusoidal roof profile.
To achieve the sinusoidal profile oscillation S, two roof tiles are used , of which roof tile 1 has a curvature away from the roof truss and roof tile 2 has a curvature towards the roof truss. The side of the curvature facing the light is coated with a photovoltaically effective layer 6 that follows the respective curvature. The side of the photovoltaically effective layer 6 facing the light is provided with a protective layer 7 for the photovoltaically effective layer.
A plug connection 3, 4 is provided for joining the two roof tiles together. For this purpose, the roof tile 1 has a groove 3 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the roof tile and the roof tile 2 has a tongue 4 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the roof tile. Furthermore, an electrically conductive contact rail 5 is arranged in the groove 3 and tongue 4, which are connected to one another after the plug connection has been established and thus ensure the electrical connection of adjacent photovoltaically effective layers 6.
Die dargestellte Nut-Feder-Kombination weist u. a. folgende Vorteile auf. Sie ist montagefreundlich und dicht. Denkbar sind aber auch andere Steckverbindungen. The tongue and groove combination shown has the following advantages, among others. It is easy to install and leak-proof. However, other plug connections are also conceivable.
The assembly of the solar roof tile combination shown for a sinusoidal roof profile is advantageously carried out in such a way that the roof tiles 2 rest on transverse roof battens and the roof tiles 1 rest on additional battens that point towards the 5 roof peak and are supported on the transverse roof battens.
