Sports shoe characterized by the fact that the inner lining, which consists of a waterproof and breathable synthetic membrane or film such as Gore-Tex and can be completely or partially covered with additional water- and air-permeable, perforated or coarse-mesh synthetic material with a spacer pad, is permanently fixed in the heel area (A) and is not fixed in the midfoot and forefoot area (B) but is hooked in and can be removed or retracted.

Tensile-resistant, synthetic perforated straps (C) are fitted between the upper material and the inner lining. These are permanently attached to the insole area (H) and fix and stabilize the foot in the shoe by means of the shortened inclusion in the lacing (G). The tab (F) is also made of tensile-resistant, perforated synthetic material and is therefore, like the inner lining, permeable to water and water vapor, apart from the breathable and at the same time waterproof Tex material (e.g. Gore-Tex).

The upper material is made of leather or synthetic (E) to maintain the shape of the shoe and to ensure durability, and is occasionally interrupted by perforated or coarse-mesh synthetic materials (D) to increase water vapor permeability, which are incorporated primarily in the midfoot and vamp area.

The construction of the inside of the shoe is analogous to the outside of the shoe. The shoe can also be made with a raised shaft, whereby the fixing area of the inner lining is retained in the heel area as shown above.
