Abstract
Die Filterpruefung von Filtern vor allem in kerntechnischen Anlagen erfolgt mit Hilfe des Oelfadentests nach DIN 24184. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pruefmedium zur Anwendung beim sog. visuellen Oelfadentest fuer in Gehaeuse oder Halterungen eingebaute Filter zur Reinigung von Gasen mit schaedlichen Bestandteilen, wie z.B. radioaktiven Staeuben, wobei am Gehaeuse bzw. an der Halterung die Beobachtungsmoeglichkeit eines etwa aus dem Filter austretenden sichtbar gemachten Stroemungsfadens des Prufmediums vorhanden ist, bestehend aus in einem Traegermedium nebelartig verteilten Oeltroepfchen. Erfindungsgemaess ist das Traegermedium ein Gas, welches schwerer als Luft ist. Vorzugsweise soll das Traegergas aus Argon bestehen. Durch diese Gewichtsaenderung des Traegergases gegenueber der umgebenden Luft wird es moeglich, der speziellen Einbaulage und damit der jeweiligen Pruefsituation angepasste, stabile und bis zum Leck zurueckverfolgbare Oelfaeden zu erzeugen. Der besondere Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Oelfadentest nun nicht mehr an eine bestimmte Einbausituation gebunden ist und somit universell anwendbar wird. ...U.S.WThe filter testing of filters, especially in nuclear systems, is carried out with the help of the oil thread test according to DIN 24184.
