Abstract

The spray head for spraying two component lacquers has two channels passing though it which are connected to the main canister, holding lacquer and a smaller canister inside the main canister which contains hardener. Both channels terminate in a premixing chamber (1). Mixture passes from this through a nozzle (2) into a second chamber where a finer spray is produced, then through a second nozzle (4) into a third chamber, producing a still finer spray, after which it is sprayed out through several nozzles (6).

Schon längere Zeit wird zweikomponentiger Lack in Aerosoldosen abgefüllt. Ein handelsübliches System besteht aus einer normalen Aerosoldose, in die ein zweiter Behälter eingebaut ist. In der Dose befindet sich der Stammlack, in dem Innenbehälter befindet sich der Härter. Wenn der Anwender den Lack verarbeiten will, muss er von außen den Innenbehälter öffnen und Lack und Härter durch Schütteln mischen. Ausgesprüht wird die Mischung durch einen handelsüblichen Sprühkopf für Lacke. Bei einem anderen System befindet sich der Stammlack in einer Aerosoldose der Größe 67 * 157 mm und der Härter in einer zweiten Dose der Größe 35 *€5 mm. Zur Aktivierung des Stammlackes muss man den Wärter durch das Ventil der großen Dose hindurch umfüllen. Nachdem das Gemisch gründlich geschüttelt wurde, kann man es durch einen handelsüblichen Sprühkopf versprühen. Beide Systeme haben den entscheidenden Nachteil, dass nach Aktivierung des Lackes nur eine begrenzte Zeit zur Verfügung steht während der man den Lack verarbeiten kann. Ist die Zeit abgelaufen, wird das Gemisch in der Dose hart. Zur Lösung der Nachteile hat sich der Erfinder die Aufgabe gestellt, eine Aerosoldose mit passendem Sprühkopf für Zweikomponenten Lack zu entwickeln, die es ermöglicht die Komponenten erst außerhalb der Dose, also im Sprühkopf zu mischen. Aus der EP 0 111 089 ist eine Aerosoldose (Fig. 1) bekannt, die es erlaubt außerhalb zu mischen. In eine handelsübliche Aerosoldose (9) ist ein zweiter Behälter (8) eingebaut. Er ist am Ventilteller (7) festgeschraubt. Der Ventilkörper (5) führt zum Innenbehälter, der Ventilkörper (6) in die Aerosoldose. In die so in zwei Kammern unterteilte Aerosoldose lassen sich zweikomponentige Produkte füllen. Sobald man den Sprühkopf (1) nach unten drückt, werden die Ventilkörper (5 und 6) geöffnet und die beiden Teilfüllungen strömen durch die getrennten Kanäle (2 und 3) im Sprühkopf (1). Im Sprühkopf (1) führen zwei getrennte Kanäle (2 und 3) am unteren Ende zu den beiden Ventilkörpern (5 und 6 aus Fig. 1). Am oberen Ende münden sie in eine Mischkammer (4 in Fig. 2). An die Mischkammer (4) schließt sich eine spezielle Düsenkonstruktion (5) an. Fig. 3 zeigt die Düsenkonstruktion in Vergrößerung. Die Mischkammer (4 aus Fig. 2) verlängert sich in die Mischkammer (1 in Fig. 3). Sie endet an der ersten Zerstäuberdüse (2). Das in der Mischkammer (1) grob vorgemischte Lack-Härter-Gemisch passiert die Düse (2), wird dort ein ersten mal grob zerstäubt und gelangt dann in die zweite Mischkammer (3). An der Düse 4 wird das Gemisch ein zweites mal zerstäubt, was zur Folge hat, dass der Sprühnebel feiner wird. In der dritten Mischkammer (5) wird der nun feine Nebel ein weiteres mal gemischt, weiter verfeinert und verlässt dann durch die drei Löcher (6) in dem Formteil (7) den Sprühkopf. Die drei Löcher haben einen sehr kleinen Durchmesser. Dadurch wird das Sprühbild sehr fein.
